{"id":49,"date":"2010-06-15T16:50:05","date_gmt":"2010-06-15T23:50:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.webinarcrusher.com\/blog\/how-do-i-get-the-maximum-number-of-people-on-my-webinar"},"modified":"2010-06-02T15:14:17","modified_gmt":"2010-06-02T22:14:17","slug":"how-do-i-get-the-maximum-number-of-people-on-my-webinar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.webinarcrusher.com\/blog\/how-do-i-get-the-maximum-number-of-people-on-my-webinar\/","title":{"rendered":"How Do I Get The Maximum Number Of People On My Webinar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When you are running an online presentation, you naturally want to get the most amount of people on that webinar.\u00a0 If you\u2019re selling something, you want to get as many people as possible buying it.\u00a0 If you\u2019re teaching something, you want as many people as possible implementing what you\u2019re talking about.\u00a0 It is in your best interest to make sure that your webinar is a success.\u00a0 How do you do it?\u00a0 You get traffic; you get a targeted audience; and remind that audience about your upcoming webinar.<\/p>\n<p>Getting people on a webinar is no different than getting lots of people on your blog, getting people on your list, getting people to look at one of your web pages.\u00a0 You still need traffic.\u00a0 You should be building a list and getting traffic through articles, forum posts, pay per click, joint ventures\u2014everything you\u2019ve been doing in addition to the webinar.\u00a0 A webinar itself is not going to get you a lot of extra traffic.\u00a0 You still need to pursue conventional ways of getting eyeballs and getting clicks to your website.\u00a0 But not just any clicks.\u00a0 You want people who actually care about the subject of your webinar.\u00a0 That means if you approach someone and get them to promote your webinar, that person had better be someone with a list of subscribers who care about what you\u2019re talking about.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re presenting a webinar about real estate and you\u2019re trying to get people who are concerned about the stock market to come to the webinar, you\u2019re not going to have the turnout that you expect, and even when they do come, they\u2019re not going to be as excited as if you would target a crowd of realtors or people interested in real estate, and the need of good reason for coming.\u00a0 You can\u2019t just call webinar real estate.\u00a0 Maybe you\u2019re sharing a system that only you know about flipping a house in three days with no money down, just as an example.\u00a0 Your webinar should be some kind of a newsworthy topic that is unique to you that promises a benefit.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to having those two things, one thing that is the easiest and most people overlook is the simple reminder.\u00a0 If you have a list of subscribers and they are registered for a webinar, remind them every day for a week coming up to the webinar to make sure they show up.
